Product features
1¡¢Sanitary and non-toxic: this product belongs to green building materials and can be used in the clean drinking water piping system.
2¡¢Heat: the prescribed long-term continuous work pressure, pipeline water temperature can reach 95 ¡æ.
3¡¢Corrosion resistant and non-fouling: can be exempted from fouling of the pipe and water basin, and the rust of the crock of bathtub.
4¡¢Thermal insulation: the thermal conductivity is only two hundredth of the metal tube, and the thermal insulation of hot water pipe is excellent.
5¡¢Light weight and high strength: only one-eighth of the weight of metal. The strength of the pressure test is 5MPa (50kg/cm2), which is good toughness and impact resistance.
6¡¢Beautiful appearance: the product inside and outside the wall is smooth, the water resistance is small, the color is soft, the modelling is beautiful.
7¡¢The installation is convenient and reliable: heat fusion connection is adopted, without a set of wire, it can complete a section head connection in a few seconds. It is safe and reliable to connect with metal pipe and water pipe with high quality copper insert.

Note: the gas pipe cannot be used.
Product welding key:
¡ñ The pipe and fittings shall be connected in a hot melt connection, which shall not be allowed to be directly connected to the pipe and fittings, and the pipe fittings with metal fittings shall be used for connection with the metal pipe and water pipe.
¡ñ Hot melt connection construction must use the pipe and fittings products provided by our company to ensure the quality of welding.
¡ñ The hand-held welding tool is suitable for the final connection of the small diameter pipe and the system. The machine type welding machine is suitable for the large diameter tube preloading and fitting connection.
¡ñ The welding construction shall be operated strictly according to the specified technical parameters and shall not be rotated in the heating and insertion process, allowing the joint position to be adjusted within seconds after the pipe and joint are welded. Normal fusion shall have a uniform sealing ring on the union surface.

¡ñ After construction, it must be sealed and used after testing and acceptance.
